MOUZ Win IEM Beijing 2026 With 3-0 Sweep of The MongolZ

MOUZ are the IEM Beijing 2026 champions after sweeping The MongolZ 3-0 in the Counter-Strike 2 grand final on November 8. The European squad won Mirage 13-5, Dust2 13-6 and Inferno 13-4, ending the best-of-five series in three maps and completing a flawless run through the event.

MOUZ did not drop a map during the tournament. They won all five of their series in Beijing, taking 11 consecutive maps across the group stage and playoffs.

MOUZ won 39 rounds across the three maps, while The MongolZ managed 15. Mirage, MOUZ’s pick, set the tone for the final with a comfortable opening win. The MongolZ could not reverse the momentum on their Dust2 pick, and a 13-4 result on Inferno completed the sweep.

xertioN and Spinx lead a balanced MOUZ performance

Dorian “xertioN” Berman topped the winning side with 47 kills and a 1.44 HLTV Rating 3.0 across the final. Lotan “Spinx” Giladi added 46 kills and a 1.35 rating, while Adrian “xelex” Vincze finished with 43 kills and a 1.33 rating.

Oldřich “PR” Nový recorded a 1.28 rating, and Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás finished on 1.23. Every MOUZ player posted a rating above 1.20, underlining how little room The MongolZ had to recover.

MOUZ’s route to the trophy

MOUZ entered the playoffs from the top of Group B following straight-map victories over TYLOO, BetBoom Team and PARIVISION. They then eliminated BetBoom again in the semifinal, winning Ancient 13-7 and Mirage 13-8.

That set up a grand final against The MongolZ, who had beaten Natus Vincere 2-0 in the other semifinal. MOUZ carried their form into the title match and finished the event with a perfect 11-0 map record.

For The MongolZ, the runner-up finish followed a notable playoff run, but the team could not match MOUZ’s pace in the final. Natus Vincere secured third place earlier on November 8 with a 2-0 win over BetBoom.
